Jiu-Jitsu Profile: Sheila Bird

While Sheila was in Bend, Oregon in September 2009 teaching a seminar at the BJJ camp at the Roy Dean Academy, one of Roy's students Rick Ellis did up a BJJ profile video for Sheila. Rick was interested in filming Sheila instructing as well as asking Sheila about her experiences and ideas about Jiu-Jitsu.
